We are fortunate to live very near an RSPB site and as members can pop along for an hour or so whenever we want. I love the garden hide, lots of branches, rocks and logs for birds to land on. 4th April saw the wedding of old friend – we went to school together over 40 years ago! He wanted an image with the town hall tower in the background. 5th April – Easter Sunday was a family day and a walk around the RSPB with cousins and children Easter Monday – a lovely early morning stroll taking photos of blossom. 3rd April 2015 Blackbirds nesting
We have a pair of blackbirds building a nest in the clematis in the corner of our garden. It is amazing to watch them. The male keeps guard and the female flies in and out with resources!
